PRIVACY POLICY

Anupam Global Ventures ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") operates the Seeker Fellowship platform, accessible via our website (the "Platform"). We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring the security of your personal data.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our Platform, apply for or participate in the Seeker Fellowship as a candidate ("Candidate"), or access our talent ecosystem as a hiring partner or prospective employer ("Hiring Partner").

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not access the Platform.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information that you voluntarily provide to us, as well as information automatically collected when you navigate the Platform. Because the Seeker Fellowship serves both elite engineering talent and hiring organizations, the types of data we collect depend on how you interact with us.

  • Professional & Employment History: Current and past employers, job titles, years of experience, primary tech stacks, resume/CV uploads, and core engineering specializations.
  • Assessment & Performance Data: Audio/video recordings of technical interviews, code submissions, system design evaluations, technical problem-solving metrics, and detailed scoring performance compiled by our network of evaluators.

B. Information Collected from Hiring Partners (Companies)

To facilitate talent matching and service delivery, we collect:

  • Corporate Contact Data: Company name, registered address, website URL, and the names, business email addresses, and phone numbers of authorized company representatives, founders, or CXOs.

3. How Your Information is Shared

We do not sell your personal data. We share your information only under the following strictly defined conditions:

  • Candidate-to-Partner Matching: A Candidate's technical dossier, interview evaluations, and performance metrics (the Seeker Passport) are explicitly shared with registered Hiring Partners on the platform to advance career matching. Candidates maintain control over the initial visibility and sharing preferences of their profiles.
  • Our Network of Evaluators: Candidate technical assessments are shared with our vetted network of senior engineering evaluators and calibrators for the sole purpose of grading, feedback, and calibration. These evaluators are bound by strict confidentiality agreements.
  • Third-Party Service Providers: We share data with trusted third-party vendors who perform services for us, including backend database management (e.g., Supabase), hosting services, communication tools, and payment processing (Razorpay). These vendors only have access to information necessary to perform their specific tasks.
  • Legal & Corporate Compliance: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law, government mandate, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Anupam Global Ventures, our users, or the public.

4. Data Security

We implement robust administrative, technical, and physical security measures designed to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or destruction.

  • Access to Candidate evaluation data and corporate accounts is restricted using secure authentication protocols.
  • While we employ industry-standard safeguards to secure your data, no electronic transmission over the Internet or data storage technology can be guaranteed 100% secure. You acknowledge that you provide your information at your own risk.

5. Data Retention

We will only keep your personal information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy:

  • Candidate Data: Retained for the duration of your relationship with the Seeker Fellowship ecosystem to ensure your Seeker Passport remains accessible for career opportunities, unless you explicitly request deletion.
  • Hiring Partner Data: Retained as long as necessary to service your account, maintain recruitment history, and satisfy legal, accounting, or billing requirements.
