These Terms of Service ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you", "User", "Candidate", or "Hiring Partner"), and Anupam Global Ventures ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the Seeker Fellowship website and our proprietary talent evaluation and accreditation platform (collectively, the "Platform").
The Seeker Fellowship is an elite technical accreditation engine that evaluates engineering talent through rigorous calibration loops and matches them with hiring organizations. By accessing the Platform, applying for a cohort, or utilizing our talent matching services, you agree that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms.
IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THESE TERMS, THEN YOU ARE PROHIBITED FROM USING THE PLATFORM AND MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.
By applying to the Seeker Fellowship, you represent and warrant that all professional information, employment history, GitHub data, and credentials you provide are completely accurate and truthful. Proxy interviews, identity fraud, or utilizing unauthorized external assistance during any evaluation loop will result in immediate termination from the platform without a refund.
By registering or accessing Candidate data, you represent that you have the authority to bind your organization to these Terms. You agree to treat all Candidate information, including Seeker Passports, as strictly confidential commercial data.
Candidates may be required to pay a commitment fee via our integrated third-party payment processor, Razorpay, to secure their slot in a calibration cohort.
Refund Policy: All commitment fees paid by Candidates are considered final upon entry into a calibration cohort. Refunds are processed on a case-by-case basis at the sole and absolute discretion of Anupam Global Ventures. If you believe you are entitled to a review of your fee due to extenuating circumstances, you must submit a written request to our support email.
Hiring Partners accessing the platform agree to the specific commercial fee structures outlined in their separate signed Recruitment Services Agreement or digital sign-up flow. Failure to pay invoiced recruitment or platform access fees constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
Unless otherwise indicated, the Platform, its source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, and graphics are owned or licensed by Anupam Global Ventures and are protected by copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
The Seeker Fellowship acts as an accreditation engine.
The Seeker Passport—including all compiled technical dossiers, standardized scores, performance breakdowns, written feedback summaries, and audio/video recordings of evaluations—is the exclusive intellectual property of Anupam Global Ventures.
Candidates are granted a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view and share their Seeker Passport link for personal career advancement within the boundaries of the Platform.
Candidates retain ownership of the raw, original source code they write independently during assessments, but do not own the evaluation layer built over it.
To safeguard the integrity of our platform and business model, Hiring Partners are strictly bound by this Anti-Circumvention clause:

Anupam Global Ventures provides the Platform and its accreditation services on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis.
We do not guarantee that Candidates will secure employment, nor do we guarantee to Hiring Partners that a Calibrated Candidate will perform successfully within their corporate environment.
In no event will Anupam Global Ventures, its owner, or its evaluators be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, or incidental damages arising from your use of the Platform, including lost profits or lost data, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
These Terms and your use of the Platform are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
These Terms shall remain in full force and effect while you use the Platform. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion and without notice or liability, to deny access to and use of the Platform (including blocking certain IP addresses) to any person for any reason, including without limitation for breach of any representation, warranty, or covenant contained in these Terms.
